This app lets you look at our services and work, send us a request, and follow your project. Sending a request does not create a contract. Paid work starts only when we agree it with you in writing.
Using the app
By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over, or be acting for a business that is allowed to ask us for work. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Requests
- A quote request asks us to prepare a quote. It does not commit you or us to anything.
- A call request asks for a time. The call is arranged only when we confirm it with you.
- Please give accurate details and only send requests about work you are authorised to ask for.
- We may ignore or delete requests that look like spam or misuse.
Quotes and paid work
A quote tells you what we would do and for how much. Work begins when we both agree the scope and terms in writing. Our service agreement for that work sets out payment, ownership and the rest. If it differs from these terms, the agreement for your project applies to that work.
What you see here
The Services and Our work pages describe what we do and show examples of past work and demos. They are for information, not an offer or a promise of a result for your business. Demo sites are examples, not live businesses.
Our content
The text, design, logo and code of this app belong to BitsCable. The work shown on Our work belongs to us or to the customer it was made for. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. You keep ownership of what you send us, and you allow us to use it to answer your request and carry out your project.
Your project link
- A project link is private to you. Do not post it publicly.
- Anyone with the link can see your project's status and the updates shown there.
- We can turn a link off or replace it, and it can end on a set date. If a link stops working, ask us for a new one.
What you must not do
Do not try to break into the staff area, read other people's projects, overload the app, or send harmful, unlawful or misleading content through the forms. The staff area is for BitsCable staff only. We may block access to anyone who breaks these terms.
Other sites
Some links open other sites, such as demos and case studies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
What we do not promise
We work to keep the app running and accurate, but it may be unavailable at times and information on it may be out of date. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the app instead of on a written quote or agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where BitsCable is based. Paid work is governed by the service agreement for that work.
Changes and questions
If we change these terms, we change the date at the top. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms. Questions about them: send us a question.
